♥ Shipping fees are calculated at checkout, unless free shipping applies.

♥ All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands.

♥ NL: Free shipping for orders over €50,-
♥ BE, FR, DE: Free shipping for orders over €100,-

Order Tracking:

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Return Policy

At Casa Carisa, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you have 14 days to return your item after receiving your order.

Return Conditions:

• You may open the package to see if the product suits you.

• The product must not be worn or used.

• Items that have been worn cannot be returned.

How to request a return:

1. Send an email to info@casacarisa.com including:

   • Your order number

   • The item you would like to return

   • The reason for your return

2. Wait for confirmation from our team before proceeding.

3. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

• Casa Carisa is not responsible for lost return shipments.

We highly recommend using a secure or trackable shipping method, such as PostNL with Track & Trace, and keeping your shipping receipt until you receive a return confirmation from us via email.
